Overview

At Yuga Design Studio, every engagement is built on transparency, trust, and clear expectations. This Payments & Refunds Policy outlines our standard payment structure, accepted methods, revision policy, and conditions under which refunds may be considered.

By commissioning a project with us — whether through a signed proposal, verbal agreement, or deposit payment — you agree to the terms set out in this document.

02

Payment Structure & Milestones

To ensure smooth project delivery and aligned commitment, we structure payments across clearly defined project milestones:

50%
Project Commencement
Non-refundable advance required before any creative work begins. Secures your project slot and kickstarts discovery.
25%
Mid-Project Approval
Due upon approval of initial concepts or design direction. Confirms alignment before final execution.
25%
Final Delivery
Remaining balance due before final files, source assets, or live handoff are released to the client.

🔒 Final deliverables, source files, and intellectual property are withheld until full payment is received. This is a firm policy with no exceptions.

For larger projects or retainer engagements, a custom milestone schedule will be agreed upon and documented in your project proposal before work begins.

03

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via the following methods:

Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) Razorpay (Cards / Netbanking) International Wire Transfer PayPal (International clients)

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. International clients may be invoiced in USD or GBP at current exchange rates. Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction costs are the responsibility of the client.
